Tom Hickey went above and beyond, he actually came to our house on a Saturday and looked at my wife's Honda. Tom told us since insurance had already looked at our car, they could start working on it Monday. We got the car back from ICT AUTO PROS. And it looked brand new again after the hail damage it received. I Highly recommend Auto pros, and Tom was Great to work with and he stands by his word, which is very hard to find someone that does just that! Thank you Tom Hickey and Auto pros.

Had some Psintless dent removal from hail damage.These guys are Awesome no we're at any angle or any light source can you tell were the damage was. I had them tint my windows also very very pleased

I've had quite a few vehicles over the last 10 years that i have had the windows tinted on. Never really been loyal to any 1 place. I got ahold of Tom over at ICT Auto Pros to have my windows ceramic coated on my CanAm. What an experience. Tom and Austin did such a good job and went out of their way to get it done for me before a holiday weekend. They won me over as a lifelong customer. Dont look anywhere else, just go here to get it done. You wont regret it. Price was right also!

I took my truck to them to have the front windows tinted and they were great to work with and very accommodating. When tinting the windows they made a mistake (put the wrong shade of tint on). They owned the mistake and were very apologetic and went out of their way to make it right! They provided great customer service and they are great to work with! I highly recommend using this Tom and his son!!

When customers call or text to make an appointment, they do not need to decide right then and there which product they want. We have displays set up in the shop to provide a better understanding of what products we offer. Our heat lamp set up will even let you feel the difference between our ceramic films. We strive to educate our customers on all the different window tinting options available to them. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the choices you make.

We highly encourage customers to drop off their vehicles, but we do have a comfortable waiting room available if necessary. It takes 2 hours to tint all the sides and back glass on a standard 4 door car. However, we have no problem taking the extra time to make sure everything meets our shop standards.
