I typically don’t do reviews but, I felt this was important enough to take a few minutes.
I’ve taken well over a dozen cars to SunStoppers in Stoughton over the years. Almost always their new cars and window tint is my first mod ! If you’re looking for a place that uses high quality long lasting products this is the place for you. Just as important is the install, Rob is a perfectionist, nothing leave the shop until it’s perfect.

I’ve now had three vehicles tinted here — the entire team at Sunstoppers Stoughton is great at what they do. They are friendly, efficient, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I highly recommend the XPEL XR Prime heat rejecting film, it’s definitely worth the added cost.

This is my second car I’ve had done here, and I can’t say enough good things about Rob and his crew! They are incredibly kind, professional, and always accommodating. Sunstoppers in Stoughton is absolutely amazing and a credit to the industry! The shop is super clean and set up so every job that goes through there is done with perfection! Rob and his crew are super nice, honest and accommodating. They've tinted 18 vehicles for me over many years. If you any other tint shop, you're stupid!

Sunstoppers recently tinted the windows on my Porsche and they did a great job - got me in within a few days and great quality work. I’ve used them on my last 5 cars and have always been satisfied with their work - will be back again for the next one. Highly recommended

When customers call or text to make an appointment, they do not need to decide right then and there which product they want. We have displays set up in the shop to provide a better understanding of what products we offer. Our heat lamp set up will even let you feel the difference between our ceramic films. We strive to educate our customers on all the different options available to them. We want to make sure they are 100% satisfied with the choices they make.

We highly encourage customers to drop their vehicles off, but we do have a comfortable waiting room available if necessary. It takes 2 hours to tint all the sides and back glass on a standard 4 door car. However, we have no problem taking the extra time to make sure everything meets our shop standards.

Who is Rob, Owner of Sun Stoppers Stoughton?

Rob is originally from Brockton and has always been a car enthusiast. His family owned a used car business, so Rob has been around the industry from a very young age. He started out detailing vehicles and learned to tint shortly after graduating from high school. Rob picked up window tinting fairly quickly and was given the opportunity to manage an entire shop.

By 2001, after successfully running someone else’s shop, Rob decided he wanted to start his own mobile tinting business. However, after a few years in the mobile tinting business, Rob realized that the personal interaction with a customer wasn’t there like it was when he managed a shop. By 2010, Rob found the perfect location for his very own shop. The building is an open concept so a customer can pull up a seat and watch as the head installer transforms the vehicle. If a customer prefers to stretch their legs while their vehicle is being worked on, there is plenty to do nearby as well.

Rob is very proud of his business and how far it has come. He believes in leading by example and wants to be involved in his business. Rob is truly thankful for his wonderful customers and the support that they have shown him through the years.
