In those situations, we work as swiftly as possible without sacrificing quality. Other customers prefer to take the time to go over every option. For the customer that craves knowledge, we will walk them through the entire process. We will start with showing them the different window tints available, let them feel the difference in the films on the heat lamp, and then go over what to expect. From there, we will get started on their vehicle and send a text update as we are finishing up.
