Most of our customers call or text us to schedule an appointment. We offer a key drop off box in case a customer needs to drop a vehicle off before we open. We also offer pick up after hours by checking out over the phone. While we highly encourage customers to drop off their vehicles, we do have a waiting room available if necessary. We offer comfortable seating, a coffee and water station, televisions, a desk with free Wi-Fi, and a charging station.

Sun Stoppers Matthews is the number one choice for high quality window tinting. We want our customers to be fully educated before making an informed decision. We have display boards set up around the shop for our visual learners. For the customer that craves knowledge, we will walk them through the entire process, step-by-step. We will start with showing them the different films available, let them feel the difference of the ceramic films on the heat lamp, and then go over what to expect. We address all questions to make sure you understand the entire process. Depending upon the fullness of our schedule, it takes about 45 minutes to tint all the sides and back glass on a standard 4 door car. After your vehicle is complete, we make sure you understand how to care for your new window tint. We apply stickers as a reminder to not roll your windows down until the film has fully cured.
